Discovering New Hope begins August 17.
This is an informal five week class about who we are, what we believe, and why we do things the way we do. This is a great opportunity for those interested in finding out more about New Hope and those wanting to join the New Hope family.

Women’s Eight Week Study "Discerning The Voice Of God"
Choose from:
Monday Nights from 6:30-8:30 pm beginning Sept. 8.
or
Wednesday Mornings from 9:30-11:30 am beginning Sept. 10.
This eight week study will use the book and video lessons by author/speaker Priscilla Shirer, daughter of paster Tony Evans, and founder of Going Beyond Ministries. Studies are planned for women of all ages. Bring a friend and join us for a time fo fellowship, study, and prayer.
Monday nights led by Bonnie Harker & Susanne Greer. Wednesday mornings led by Carla Sisson & Mindy Ratliff.
Cost is $15 for class materials.
Childcare for infants through elementary ages is offered at both classes.

Can you handle the truth?
There are commonly held
beliefs, or values, in our culture that on the surface seem to be real
and genuine, but after careful examination, actually stand in
opposition to scripture and God's will for people. During this series,
we'll take some of the different "myths" that are presented to us as
fact and look at them next to God's Word. We'll confirm what scripture
says, bust the lies that are told to us, and be challenged to live as
Christ calls us to live even when it's counter cultural.

Hear uplifting lessons on God’s Extravagant Grace; enjoy the boutique activities as we laugh, pray, and, yes, even taste some fine chocolate. But this retreat is not about eating chocolate. It is about celebrating God’s grace and learning to keep the taste of God’s goodness fresh in your heart long after this retreat is over.
