What to expectWe feel that it’s our responsibility to "clear the way” for you to come to church. We want you to be able to experience the great music, encouraging messages, friendly people and enjoyable atmosphere that are New Hope. We also know that your first time at a church, any church, brings up some questions, so here is a quick look at what you can expect.
Sunday Morning Service
During our Sund
ay morning service, you'll enjoy upbeat music and practical messages that can help you deal
with real life issues. We’ll give you a helpful outline of the sermon with the Bible passages to help you get the most out of the teaching both during the service and in your everyday life during the week. Here at New Hope, we want to help you connect with the personal hope and practical help that God provides.
Child Care
We know that as a parent you need to be sure that your children are in a safe environment, and we know that your children are looking for a fun place to learn. We’ve invested a lot to make sure that both of these goals are reached in our Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary areas. You can also enjoy the service knowing that if your child needs you for any reason, you will be notified through the silent paging system in the main sanctuary.
Atmosphere
If it’s been a long time since you have been to church, you may be asking the question, “What should I wear?” Well, we have the answer…come as you are. There is no dress code at New Hope, we just want to see you here!
Discovering New Hope is held throughout the year. Senior Minister Scott Greer and other church leaders share who we are, what we believe and why we do things the way we do. This is a casual five week question and answer time meeting at 9:00 am on Sunday mornings at the church. Classes are held periodically throughout the year. The next class will begin on Sunday, April 11, 2010. For more information or to pre-register for the next class, contact David Smith or inquire at the Ministry Center in the church foyer.
