The Most Excellent Way - 1 Corinthians 13 Right in the middle of Paul addressing the Body of Believers, (Ch. 12) and before he talks about spiritual gifts (Ch. 14) Paul gives the "most excellent way". Here we are given the most detailed and even exhaustive definition of love. The disease here isn't hate - the disease is self. The antidote is to love. To love with seeing the needs of others. To love unconditionally. Jesus made it clear in the book of John that if we loved this way, no one would have any doubt that we are His followers.
