During this series,
we'll take some of the different "myths" that are presented to us as
fact and look at them next to God's Word. We'll confirm what scripture
says, bust the lies that are told to us, and be challenged to live as
Christ calls us to live even when it's counter cultural.
One such myth we fall prey to is the thinking that one person
really can't change anything, that one person can't make a difference.
In a world, a country, even a city that presents seemingly
insurmountable problems, we simply want to withdraw and assume someone
else will take care of it. Our challenge is to face our own
responsibilities as a Christ Follower, to live a life that makes a
difference one person at a time, one day at a time. Christ expects us
to live our lives in faithfulness to His calling making a difference
with all those we come in contact with. If each of us touches the life
of another in a positive, Christ-like manner, then those seemingly
insurmountable problems are "busted." Can you handle the truth?
