I Can't Really Change Romans 12:1-2, Acts 9 This may surprise you- but this is "confirmed". We can't really change- at least not by our own willpower. Our problem in American Christianity is that we are so individualistic & we are people who "pill ourselves up by our own boot straps" that we don't actually consider that the only way that we can change is through the power of God. Our tendency is to focus on "the decision" to accept Christ & not "transformation" that is so desperately needed.
