"Marriage is Irrelevant" Matthew 19:3-6, Ephesians 5:21-27, I Corinthians 13:11-13 "It's only a piece of paper." How many times I have heard that statement from people who choose to live together before marriage? "It will prepare us for marriage." And, of course, in our culure today we have the clamoring of many who want to legitimize homosexual unions by calling them marriages. We have yet to see how that is going to impact our culture and even our churches in the years to come. But God made male and female. God invented marriage. God's design was for a covenant for a lifetime. So what happens to so many Christian homes that disintegrate? We have bought in to the culture that says "when you fall out of love, just end it and find another."
