Designed to Remind  Mark 14:12-26 Jesus is literally going to be betrayed in a matter of hours. He is facing death and the disciples seem to be completely unaware - with the possible exception of Judas. In Christ's final meal with the 12 apprentices, He gives them a simple way to recall what His death is for. Christ doesn't choose a silver cross or suggest facing East to pray. He takes two staples of the Israelites, wine and bread, and says that He wants them to set aside time to remember His blood and body that is to be given for them for our sins to be taken away.
